WHAT TO DO TO ORDER A PERSONALIZED ITEM WITH OUR TAILOR MADE FEATURE:
2 OPTIONS:
1. From a garment that you have which you want to copy exactly, have copied in another color or in a different size.
Send to order@filodarzo.com detailed photographs of the garment you want copied.
In writing or with pictures or drawings, describe alterations in size or details that you wish to be changed.

HOW TO TAKE THE MEASUREMENTS: two ways of doing it:
1. Lay your garment flat on a table and take the measurements as indicated in the 

    Data sheet form No 1 that you downloaded; complete it accurately, including all
    details, scan it and attach it to your order.
2. Take your measurements directly on yourself, in front of a mirror, as indicated in the 

     Data sheet form No 2 that you downloaded; complete it accurately, including all

    details, scan it and attach it to your order.

It is probably easier to get somebody’s help to do it.

IMPORTANT:

If the front of your body is bigger than the back, add a few centimeters or inches in length and in width in the front.
If you have the tendency to have a curved back, add a few centimeters or inches to the length in the back.

This way, the garment will be horizontally strait when seen in profile.

The measurements that you will write on the data sheet will be the measurements of the finished garment.

Choose the type of yarn, the color, the knitting pattern and the border edges.
The colors available may appear slightly different on your screen then the way they will be in reality, due to the quality of your screen.

Send all the information to order@filodarzo.com. Within 5 working days, FILODARZO will tell you if it is possible to make your garment exactly as you want it, as well as the price of the item and the cost of shipping and handling.
You may be asked to provide more details.
If you want to go ahead with your project, provide for the payment for your creation.
Please expect delivery of your creation in about 30 working days after FILODARZO has received your payment.
AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS.
If you do not want to go ahead with your project and have not sent the payment, please notify FILODARZO of your decision by email. We would like to know why you changed your mind...

 

- You are reminded that FILODARZO works on vintage flat knitting machines, thus some knitting patterns made with industrial computerized machines could be impossible to replicate with FILODARZO vintage machines. Just ask FILODARZO.

- FILODARZO refuses to copy exactly a piece of clothing created by a famous fashion designer, and FILODARZO is not responsible in case of litigation.

- It is not possible to return any item created especially for you.
- If you are not happy with your garment, please write to order@filodarzo.com. In case of an error from FILODARZO, you may return your item, and FILODARZO will redo it to your satisfaction within 15 days. Shipping costs on FILODARZO.

2. TO CREATE A GARMENT FROM YOUR OWN DESIGN:

Design the garment the way you want it, as accurately as possible, with all the details you do not want FILODARZO to miss. You can add photographs of details for more accuracy.
